The University of Western Ontario will be hosting PhilMiLCog 2007, an annual graduate conference in the philosophy of mind, language and cognitive science. Our keynote speakers for this year are Prof. Dorit Bar-On and Prof Keith Simmons, both of UNC Chapel Hill.
Submissions in the fields of phil. mind, metaphysics of mind, epistemology, phil. language, linguistics or the cognitive sciences are welcomed. Submissions should be presentable in 30 minutes (approx. 35oo words), and must make a philosophical contribution. Please include an abstract of no more than 250 words. Submissions should be sent electronically to nray2@uwo.ca as a Word, WordPerfect, or pdf, and should include:
- Your paper (with no identifications of the author within the text)
- Abstract (also without identifications)
- A separate title page with your name, paper title, institutional affiliation, telephone number, e-mail address and mailing address.
