The centennial conference will deal with the major facets of Levinas philosophical and Jewish works, as well as their impact in the social, political, and educational arenas.

Levinas views on social justice, individual responsibility, and sustainable economies will be presented in the same accessible terms in which he once delivered them at his Talmudic readings for the Parisian community.Hosted and moderated by Giovanna Borradori, Vassar College.
